Realizing that when you travel, ensure you understand the country’s immigration, visa, protocols, and requirements, “laughs”. for example, on Sept 27, 2018, I showed up at the airport and was flagged as regarding not allowed to travel to Indonesia, as Indonesia requires a departing flight, much like many other countries.

So there I was, quickly trying to solve this predicament of arranging dates of departure from Indonesia, as I had no set plans after completing my yoga teacher training. Luckily I had scheduled a layover in western Canada to allow myself time to book these additional flights. I am pretty sure you might be able to relate! Prior to leaving, the initial plan was to get to Indonesia and book my departure after I had planned my trip, not always the case do we truly understand another countries rules.

To recap that moment of anxiety sitting in a rocking chair relaxing at the airport, assuming everything was all good, without any rush, even with a busy mind of being over packed. I was able to manifest gratitude and stay calm.

Airborne now, envisioning the start of this blogging idea, I feel emotional today, and understanding my emotions… auntie flow and her triggers! "Laughs" Thankfully I am manifesting… I will arrive in Vancouver, sort out my solution, proof of flight out of Indonesia, purchase visitors visa and smoothly stroll through customs, meanwhile everyone will be intrigued by my spiritual energies, and I am telling myself breath.

Traveling can be daunting, there are always road blocks and understanding how a lot of things are done appropriately. I’ve noticed that people live through moments of autopilot. Autopilot being the way we act and move through life, we are custom to our daily lives and sometimes hardly recall how we act, or respond to common familiarities.

Alright the best example I am aware of is, writing this reminded me to stretch, look up from the screen and breath. Give my eyes maybe a one-minute break away from this screen by shutting them, embracing that burn that slowly goes away after a moments of rest.

To think I am excited to blog, it will eventually flow a lot smoother… I hope “laughs”. This trip and ways to reach out to the universe, to share who we are as Mi’kmaw Nation from Turtle Island, known in the foreign language of English (fluently obviously) Canada ‘Kanataka’ (said in a Native accent) "Laughs". We are a small province surrounding by the Atlantic Ocean, beautiful land, we have so much access, drinking water, water to swim in, air to breath, and it varies across the land, as we have all become nomadic, settling, putting our roots down, claiming property, having a home. Cognitive meaning of place that we feel connected to, a sense of belonging.

Does a blogger proof read their work, edit it all the way through, or leave it rough! Straight up, this seems like a very expressive way to write, attached right now, right in this very moment, or the reality of your journey, well just BREATH “Laughs” (don’t mind, that at times my ADHD kicks in!) “Laughs” again.

Moments of excitement becomes reality, just up and go and roll with it and stay safe, pray, love yourself, and learn. Master your skills, envision your peace, because we have one life to live.

Okay Bali Indonesia, you are eleven hours ahead of Nova Scotia, Mi’kmaq territory, which I have to holla….. unceeded…. Treaties (conversations for another blog I suppose).

32 hours of traveling a head of me, eight months to journey, and the freedom to discover myself, the world, and seek out new adventures. Truly life is worth living, life is worth learning, and simple, let go, let live, and laugh. I just have to admit, I am on spirit energy, a bit over tired.

Taken time to reflect on this opportunity of sitting on a flight for twelve hours, that’s right, I said twelve hours long. It is definitely a domestic flight, the washrooms and service is pleasant and this plane is spacious. I could only dream how first class is, with beds, and warm blankets, and whaa… we all get meals. I appreciate this travel experience so far (one hour in) “laughs”.

Okay manifesting this journey, and there I leave another blog to be more productive.

Always a first step, always a time to be embarrassed, yet I am brave and I will share with you all, the Journeys and Adventures of Gratitude and Tea!
