Culturally Inclusive Workshops
Culturally inclusive workshops will include a wide range of activities including; wooden roses, cultural inclusive classrooms, 7 sacred grandfather teachings, and outdoor cultural education (birchbark teachings, medicine teachings, and harvesting).
Hosts series of workshops for powwow dancing, regalia making, sewing, beading, crafting and dream catchers.

Yoga Sessions'
I became a certified yoga teacher for the health benefits of breath work, mindfulness, gratitude, and having an active flexible body, mind and spirit. It is important to incorporate and connect cultural practices and traditional ways including smudging and chanting into my practice.
Yoga Sessions are for beginners and intermediate.
Youth, Adults and Elders.
Sessions includes, Vinyasa flow practice, Hatha yoga, Meditation, Pranayama breathing exercises, Yin yoga, as well as life-coaching, pilates, holistic health and fitness training.
I am a spiritual, energetic, and enthusiastic yoga instructor.
Treaty Education Educator
Nova Scotia Treaty Education Educator dedicated to delivering reconciliation and Treaty Education programs and services for the Education system, the provincial civil service and the broader public. Treaty Education creates opportunities for Nova Scotians and worldwide ally's to learn about the Mi'kmaq, their inherent Aboriginal and Treaty rights, and our shared history.
Treaty Education Sessions/Workshops/Classes touch on four key questions that guide the work of Treaty Education Nova Scotia:
1. Who are the Mi'kmaq historically and today?
2. What are the treaties and why are they important?
3. What happened to the Treaty relationship?
4. What are we doing to reconcile our shared history to ensure justice and equity?
