Owner of Gratitude and Tea Holistic Wellness as Gratitude consultant, operating online presence through blogging, website, travel catalogue, apparel, and owner of Nestuin Network podcast. Daily practices include cultural and Mi'kmaq language learning, crafting wooden roses, gratitude, yoga and meditation. Gratitude and Tea is a holistic wellness site promoting traditional healing practices, promoting positive thinking and maintaining an Attitude of Gratitude.
Consistently traveling to fill the Mi'kmaw basket of traditional knowledge to contribute to holistic wellness goals for Gratitude And Tea. Currently grounded ourselves for education and family growth within my Mi'kmaw community.
Ashley Rebecca provides support in achieving treaty education, cultural inclusive academic institutions and career potential, foster deeper understanding and appreciation of First Nations history, cultural sensitivity sessions, culture and traditions. Deliver culturally based activities, hockey coaching, counselling, cultural sensitivity, awareness sessions, yoga and meditation sessions, and Mi'kmaq cultural teachings and crafts.
Goal is to continue enhancing relationships, networking skills, advocating an appreciation of cultural diversity while strengthening Gratitude and Tea and promoting holistic wellness through an online presence.
